AutoCAD software

After the introduction, AutoCAD has become the revolution in computer aided design of software applications. It was developed by Autodesk Inc. in 1982.  When similar CAD programs were meant to run on machines of specific requirements, AutoCAD made it possible to run on personal computers.

It should be noted that, majority of CAD programs at the time of introduction of AutoCAD were running on terminals connected to mainframe computers.

The greatest success of auto cad lies in the fact that, it has been successful in evolving the software as an industry specific or a requirement specific one. Considering the example of auto cad architecture, it has helped agriculturists or who has proven the expertise in the industry to construct, wall, window, tile etc.

The chances of auto cad has been exploited in such a way that even it can be used to represent the number of materials sold in a construction company.

Contractors and engineers find this as gem of software, since it helps them immensely for the representation of their construction works. The terminologies such as inclination, declination etc can be translated and can be diagrammatically represented in a two dimensional format using auto cad.
